ADE now has 137 million and fully diluted has 190 million (from ADE website as of Feb. 8, 2011.)
And with the share price going up all those 190 miliion will indeed be outstanding.
Additionally, the share price he mentioned in the report was based on "an undiscounted value." Who the heck uses
"undiscounted value"? No one, unless they are trying to paint as brightly a picture as possible. Well, I'd rather get a more grounded, realistic picture.
Not knocking ADE at all. Great situation, financing to be arranged by a major equity holder, so much already in place at the right time in this metals cycle. ADE will do very well.
