Consolidated International Investment Holdings IncDoes anyone have any knowledge of Consolidated International Investment Holdings Inc. ? I assumed it was the Great Harvest Canadian Investment Company Limited, but now I'm not sure.
Consolidated International Investment Holdings Inc. is shown on the INK research insider report for Adex, along with Kwan Lam and Kim Po Yan. I would have expected Great Harvest Canadian Investment Company Limited to be listed as an insider.
I did a Google search for Consolidated International Investment Holdings Inc. and it turns out they are involved with financing many companies. One site suggested Consolidated International Investment Holdings Inc. was previously known as JOE DWEK Management Consulting. That would appear not to jive with the China based financing we received.
I have sent a query to IR to find out if these two names refer to one company, or whether they are two distinct entities. In the meantime, I thought I would ask the board if they have any knowledge about these (this) company.
