RE:Here's what I'm readingHe was VERY WRONG about the two most important inputs (current valuation, which considers debt, and sales). Yet that didn't change his conclusion?! So basically he tacitly admitted that his "prediction" had no basis at all. And saying the stock will trade flat without news is not even a prediction, it's an observation. At least Gary had the balls to predict a future that would be different from the past (even if Gary also had no basis for his "prediction"). And Gary wasn't presenting himself as some authority figure with a fancy degree (and was actually quite humble).
At $5m of sales the company is profitable. All those warnings are boilerplate verbrage that comes with any stock listed on the TSX-V. Surely this isn't the first MD&A you've read?

A poster is braves enough to give his opinion. He disagrees with many here and is relentlessly attacked. Nevertheless he did answer your question. I guess you didn't want an answer that fit your thesis. He may not have had all the facts but he was predicting a price that closely resembles reality. Better than most here.
Speaking of stupid comments: what about the "we are profitable" rant. Can you read the last financial statement. Yes, by bringing foreword revenue into the last quarter the company was able to post a small profit, but management's comments stated, "we will need more financing and because of higher expenses than revenue without this, ongoing operations are at risk." Throughout management discussion the words "highly speculative" and high risk are frequently used. This is not the language of a profitable company.
If anyone disagrees with management assessment, what's holding you back from buying?
