Just because the company lost 3 million on 2 million of sales doesn't imply that if they increase sales by 3 million they suddenly break even. Talk about stretching reality! They just announced hiring more PHDs. Are they working for free? There is a reason they are borrowing at 10% plus incentive warrants that the company says is an effective rate of over 20% per annum. Does that sound like a company with profitability around the corner. And why if this past contract provides over 5 million dollars each and every year, is the CEO only forecasting 6 million for the whole year from all past and future deals?
This company has potential but it is trading at .14 because today it is worth .14. To some. Personally I think it is overvalued. I'm looking to buy down the road if I see more clarity.
