What makes you think they already used all of that cash not including any remaining from the previous quarter? Also the last quarter results were poor as the Mexico deal hadn’t brought much revenue yet. That revenue is still coming and should be rolling in now till the year end. So what makes you certain they are desperate for cash in the near future? Unless another contact of significance is signed and the funds are needed for a quick expansion I see no reason for an immediate need for additional funds.
