So all I have heard is people supporting my points that TC who has previously been buying is NOW selling, he has lots lots lots more to sell, and he is no longer a buyer. So yes -- Major RED FLAG SELL ALERT. Thank you all for pointing this out and making my point.

2.5 % of his shares for you is major selling, and a major red flag, you must me nervous and anxious every minutes of your trading time lol..you should invest in a different pharma business :-)

Diagnos is NOT a pharma business, it is a technology business that supports the sales of Pharma products. I like Diagnos technology, the advantage over competition is the AI database that has been trained. Other than the guarded AI algos, Diagnos is nothing special. An AI database by competition can be replicated over time to do effectively the same thing with a sample size of ~100,000 by

who said he is getting rid of all his shares???  to him, the amount he sold is handfull.  maybe he wants to buy a new rolls royce or maybe he follows the old saying a bird in the hand.....  he buys and sells shares all the time, no need to worry.  he sold tons in the 0.20's and 0.50's last year and look where it is today.  he may have sold more today, may sell more
