Not a good news....exclusive and only in Canada

I have a different opinion. Exclusivity to Canada is preferable at the beginning of the relation. Let's walk before we run. Let Essilor show they are serious about pushing the technology before giving them  the full NA market. If they prove to be a good partner let's then extend the deal.
