Telehop Communications Inc. to Trade as ADYA on the TSX

At its recent Annual General Meeting, Telehop Communications Inc. shareholders voted in favour of changing the company's trading and holding company name to Adya Inc. ("Adya" or the "Company"). The TSX Venture Exchange has also approved the name change, and trading has commenced under the new name and ticker symbol ADYA on Thursday, February 10th, 2017.

"We started our successful M&A strategy under the Telehop moniker and we been pleased with our opportunities and results," said Rajiv Jagota, President and CEO of Adya. "However, it was necessary that we compartmentalize our numerous organizations and rebrand our holding company. Defining the Adya vision not only makes it easier for potential investors to understand our Company’s goals, it also provides a clear foundation for more diverse expansion."

The Company's wholly owned subsidiaries, Telehop Communications Inc. (Telehop), G3 Telecom Corp. (G3 Telecom), and iRoam Mobile Solutions Inc. (iRoam) will continue to operate as distinct entities and operating platforms.
