Wrong.

The ORX homepage says nothing of AE ownership. Under projects it says this.

But that is wrong. AE's Management Information Circular of June 20,2022 says Stephan Stewart is the largest shareholder with 10.2m shares.

ORX's latest FS's state they own 5.2m shares, or 7.5%.
