Retiring from his current role in day to day activities. Hope the new CEO still has Carpenter in mind. If not, that would explain why you and Quack were only touting Lodge Pole and to some extent WASP on the Noka board.

That's why everyone calls you Quacky. Only you would spin this as something else. Pathetic. Of his 100% former workload as CEO, what would you guess percentage wise he's working now? 2-3% yeah, sounds like retirement! pfft.

Nice of you to throw around percentages like 2 - 3%. You have no idea what he is doing. I would venture to say that his stepping down as CEO gives him more time to do field work
