That is BS.. This transaction was ratified by the shareholders of AFA at 99.4% for... This information was public before they started buying and if you look at the fact you will notice that the stock started to tread higher from the approval of this transaction by the shareholders... This is just an excuse given to justify in their mind the reason why they are selling at a big lost...
