Do you actually listen to yourself.... I am starting to believe that not only, you do not believe that the sampling will take place (ie your prediction about 2011) but I am getting the feeling that you don't want it to start....
For once, learn to read what the company is saying and when you will have done that you will realized that you are not saying anything that is new...
A week a ago they said that the boat was almost ready and that when AFA was waiting on the geological team obtaining there work permit...., and that the obtaining the work permit was the crucial point before the program can start...
So once they have the permit, they technical team can go on board the vessel and the program can start...
The major reason for this delay is AFA technical team... so until we received the permit we wait... and once the vessel will leave the harbor the company will advice...
