The press release did not say that the close the financing, this is what is said:
Afri-Can Marine Minerals Corporation("Afri-Can" or “Company”) (TSX Venture: AFA) announces that it will close a non-brokered private placementtotalling $2.5 million, of which currently $2.0 million has been committed....
This being said, the news is great and I have no worries that the financing will close, but I just wanted to point out that two often people do not read the material, make assumptions and then are mad when their assumptions do not become reality.
