Pierre's email

Pierre's emailI think it would be worthwile for you to read our most recent MD & Aof our annual report, which is available on our web site at: https://www.afri-can.com/en/financial-reports.htm. Our business plan is well described on pages 11 and 12. It has been published last December.

I can see that your questions are all turning around the same pointwhich is shareholders velue enhancement. It is important to understandthat shareholders value enhancement in an exploration company is mainlyresulting from exploration results. I don't know if you are aware but weare currently carrying out a sampling program on our new concession EPL3403 and the results will be published in the coming month. Our plansand initiative concerning the marine diamonds have been clearly staed inour annual report and in many press releases. We have made an agreementto acquire EPL 3403 and we are currently sampling it with the goal tofollow up with a second sampling within 3 to 4 months after completionof the first round. As far as the Haib copper project is concerned, wewill publish some developments plan at the end of April or early in May.

I hope this has answered your questions.

Do not hesitate to contact us for any further information.

Kind regards
Pierre Leveille
