The share price reflect the suppose dividend coming. I disagree with you there, from yours and other comments it seem clear that many investors do not yet seem to understand the value in the dividend spin out, but that is normal in the type of market we have. The more the timeline to listing become clear, the more the share price will reflect the value of the spin out... In the mean time AFA is a screaming buy.
They are going no where with their fishing expedition. Well, if you had actually bother to read AFA may 31, 2011 FS you would have the answer to that question: "The Corporation ispresently renegotiating the second requirement of the Thyme Share SaleAgreement regarding the financing of US$3.5 million in order to allowflexibility as to the timing of the financing and hence limit the dilution ofthe actual shareholders." So for anybody that read the material, the situation is clear, they need to resolve that issue before they can commit to doing any work... Pretty simple no !
Do they have the money to pay the fuel for the boat. last time they had to front the money over 300k. They stated in september that they had only 300 k in cash. Once the point above is resolve, we will have clarity, in the mean time the dividend spin out is more then enough to make me happy to wait....
