your comment is a surprise for me.

You should try to answer those simple question

1)   how many cash left in their hand

2)   the famous dividend, where is it

3) no feed back from the presentation they made in NY on nov 22 th, is there any new investor

4)  last quaterly financial report was in MAY 2011, we are in 2012.

5)  where will they find the 3 millions for the next phase.

6) do they still have and office on Ste Catherine in Westmonut,  yes or no.

7) no update on their internet site,  why

8) they were all excited last year,  after the first phase, then nothing

9  The problem they have is financial

10) more than 300 millions shares on the market with all those generous options.

11) and finally the address, did they move or what.

12) annual shares holder meeting,  when was the last one. when is the next one.

many questions to answer,  don't you thing.   I suggest you to do your own DD,  before trying to insult people.

It is very difficult to put a target price on this thing because the volume is so low. But I will not be surprise of a major change in their capital structure.  A new cie, a sell or the worse.
