Dear XXX

I am not a big fan of shares consolidations. However, I have seen some working well such as Arctic Star, Stornoway, Hanna Mining etc. Arctic Star has even newarly tripled after the split. The main reason is that with the consolidation, there was a good financing attached and some work has started before the effective consolidation. With good results the market reacted very well. The splits that are not working are not coming with financing and work. They come with hope of financing that does not materialize often. Therefore, we have prepared the consolidation in the only way that works.

The dividend will be in about 2 1/2 to 3 months. I would have liked to issue the dividend first but it was not possible. Also, it does not change the maths so much as IMDH were suppose to receive their shares before the dividend, which they will not. So, Trinity is only replacing IMDH. At the end of the day, it will be nearly the same.

Kind regards
