May I remind you that your article is dated: FEBRUARY 1982. SO, IT IS 29 YEARS OLD!!!!
Since then, De Beers has lost more than half of its control over the diamond markets to Rio Tinto, BHP, Alrosa, Harry Winston, Gem Diamonds, Petra and many other smaller players.
Most recent articles and analysis are showing that the diamond market is very robust and that it is a strong investment
