if the dividend is between 12 and 15 millions like it was said.  I do not understand, the new investors will get between 25 and 30 % of the cies....  so he will receive between 3 and 5 millions just in dividends .

If I am not wrong it is not bad.     They put 3 and receive 5 wwith fews days or weeks.  

I am probably wrong, or I miss something.  

Question :

Why a dividend if they needed that money so badly....

For you to talk about these type of values required that you agree with the idea that there is some value in the Haib project with Teck...   And when ever that point was raised during your SELL RECOMENDATIONS when the stock was at 3.5 C, you kept saying that dividend had not value and that all investors should sell and take 3 C ...   Now that somebody is willing to put some real money on
