As I do not think you are a troll like FRANJUL I will reply to you.

15M$ is the value of the copper mine as paid for 'pound in the ground' right now so there is no 'over how many years' to consider. With 240M shares outstanding and a value of 15M$ it represents a value of about 6c per share. How is that not any value for the shareholders?

AFA management has not said that they do not make any many due to the european crisis, they have said though that the stock price has taken a hit because of this - big difference!
