respond from pierre leveillee

I ask pierre about what happen with the low level of 0,025$$?? and when we receive press release!!

This is the respond in french! I use babel fish to translate in english!!

Hello Mr. X, I include/understand your concern. However, it is important to include/understand that company d' exploration seldom goes bankrupt. In fact is almost impossible because not having incomes these companies have a capacity limited to borrow. Therefore, a bankruptcy is almost impossible. Moreover, it is important to look at the markets well in general to note that since the beginning of the current crisis of the markets, TSX Venture is in fall of more than 50%. Therefore, together companies d' exploration dropped of more than 50%. Afri-can is not different from the other companies on the market. I can even raised several companies which announced excellent results and which have nevertheless strongly darkens.

However, Afri-can as some others is strongly underestimated and will be one of the first to go up fact even of this undervaluation. It should be noted that the value of the company currently is under the value alone of our interest in the project of copper. Several companies and analysts think that the beginning of year 2012 will be better and like  US economy goes better than envisaged and than China and India are always in considerable growth, the markets will become again better.

By experiment, I can affirm you that often few companies which the markets treated like bankrup, being gaining them of year following. This being said, be assured that this contract will not prevent us from continuing the development and to work with the value added of our credits.

At once that we will have approval of the Stock Exchange as for  amendment announced recently for EPL 3403, we will be able to supplement the promise to pay of geophysics and to continue the development such it must. Moreover, we are advanced with the project of dividend and listing of the project of copper. All the details will be revealed in January and we go from l' before with what will be a strong dividend for our shareholders. Do not hesitate to contact me for further information.

Have Good day

Pierre Léveillé President & CEO Afri-can Marine Minerals Corp.
