Hello, Very happy that people are interested in this company. For my part, I have received my dividends every month for several years. I prefer monthly dividends than quarterly. They are regulated like a clock. Indeed, it looks like an empty shell for a few years, but the website opens up prospects for loans to interested dealers. What attracted me were the dividends and their regularity. As for the book value (they have no debt), it seems to me to be around $ 2.00. Market capitalization of $ 40.4M divided by 19.8Mn of shares in circulation. In short, I'm still a $ 2.00 buyer Buy 550 shares at $ 2.00 today. A dividend of more than 10% is very rare. The risk of leaving is no longer a risk. Good luck!
