RE:RE:RE:Good movement todayAgree GoJerez2 with one clarification. The condensate is in solution in the subsurface. There may be a few tests over different intervals, but I don't think there is a separate test for gas vs. condensate. As the gas is brought up to the surface and the pressure and temperature decrease, the liquids in the gas, "condense", or come out of solution, thus the name, condensate. I suspect the gas flow rates will be good as the reservoir seems to be quite porous and permeable. Total already has measurements from PVT (Pressure Volume Temperature) samples from Brulpadda, but the test at Luiperd will confirm the actual condensate yield, or liquid content of the gas. The gas will be very valuable for South Africa and the condensate will be even more valuable for the country and possible export markets. Good luck Total, partners, and AEC!
