RE:RE:RE:Top acquisition targetTreetroll, We actually agree on a few things such as AGG being too small of a target for EDV, BTO or SMF. Frankly, as an AGG shareholder I wouldn't be interested in being acquired by them unless they offered 30+ cents per share and that is highly unlikely to happen.
I also agree AVK is focussed on getting Kalana into production but I outlined a plausible scenario whereby AGG and AVK can have their cake and eat it so to speak. I postulated (speculated) this would be less dilutive to AVK than AVK going it alone plus there would be far greater upside for a combined AGG-AVK entity.
We also agree that developers further back on the development curve don't make sense as an AGG partner EXCEPT maybe WAF or someone similar who's sitting on $15MM - $20MM in cash where, similar to the AGG-AVK scenario, you use that cash to get Kobada into production to non-dilutively (hopefully) cash flow development of the blue sky property.
So who else may be interested in AGG?? You stated RBX. Yes, maybe if they get there problems sorted out but I'm personally not interested in a transaction with RBX given their current state. Who know's in another 6 - 12 months though.
Contrary to what you think there are other options including:
- private money (Europe / Asia / Middle East / North America)
- privately owned mining companies
- streaming / royalty companies
There are always other options besides the obvious.
