Core PicturesThose pics sure looks like some high grade intercepts. We'll have to wait for the assays. Note high grade intercepts are exciting but this won't make or break Kobada.....unless of course you find a lot of it.
What I've been curious about is why they are diamond drilling?? Typically with a coarse gold deposit like Kobada you need to do RC drilling which gives a larger sample and more accurately reflects the actual amount of gold in the deposit. I remember from the early days at Kobada that there was quite a disparity in the grades when they redrilled some of the very early diamond drill holes with larger diameter DD holes and then with RC drilling. There was a big bump in grade with the larger sample sizes. I'm a little concerned with how this current DD will effect grade.
I suspect they need to do the DD though to recover core and get a better picture of the geological structure. This is something you can't do with RC drilling.
Regardless the new management group seems confidant and with todays press release they seem to be on the fast track. I see they extended the financing again as well. Are they setting the table for another run up of the share price?? Time will tell. GLTA
