You can add the lack of cash as a big problem for many as well. To a degree I do share BP et al's fear of being heavily diluted however if the FS comes in as I expect it will this risk should be mitigated to a large degree. 

My guess for production financing is we'll see a 40/60 equity/debt deal or maybe, possibly a streaming deal. If the total CAPEX requirement comes in around the whisper numbers I'm hearing, $40MM, I also wouldn't rule out some sort of high yield debt deal with some kind of equity kicker or a JV partner. I've been hearing all kinds of scuttlebut on the financing issue but one common denominator has emerged and that is if the FS is good they won't have any problem getting the required financing and will have more than one option to consider.
