Interesting Takeover OfferToday

Interesting Takeover OfferTodayDuluth Metals was trading at 6 cents Friday and today a takeover offer was tabled by one of their existing partners for 45 cents a share. Once again this shows the complete disconnect between current market valuations and what a company can actually fetch if it's in play. Not saying this will happen with AGG but it could. If Kobada PEA/PFS or whatever you want to call it comes in as anticipated there should be a long list of company's that should be taking notice including AKG, BTO, EDV, GFI, GOLD, IMG, SMF just to name a few. Who knows, could actually get an auction process going for ol' AGG. Anyhow it's fun to speculate on the potential upside a bit given the brutal week that we all went through last week.
