The index measures the performance of the total U.S. investment-grade bond market. The fund generally invests at least 90% of its net assets in component securities of its underlying index and in investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of the component securities of its underlying index.

yap... back down here again... will see if they break 8... last go round 8 held ... and that was a good place to rebuy some traders... but agg is once again just twisting in the wind... IE like for a decade..


Now it's back to trading range in May-June.....

In just a few days, trading has wiped out all the gains in July and August thus far....

Management, are you reading and listening?   Get the financings done to move this thing forward?!   or just give this up (to somebody who can) for $0.15/share?!
