As usual you are spouting gibberish.  Massive dilution for AGG?? Guess it depends on your perspective.

Here's my perspective. This financing, minus the warrants, represents approx. 25% dilution. If that dilution allows the NPV of Kobada to increase by 100%+, which I firmly believe it will, then I would say that's a very, very good ROI.

You would think Treetroll would know what massive dilution actually is given his investments in GBL, SMB and WAF.  

As for your comment "If I understand F&M's intentions, they will probably continue to finance with new shares until they own a majority, which means the previous shareholders will be diluted to a minority and any upside in share price will be greatly reduced.  They will not be interested in seeking debt financing until they are in a position to benefit most.", as usual your making assumptions with no basis in fact.

So far Treetroll is batting 1000 in that every assumption he's ever made on AGG has been wrong.
