The index measures the performance of the total U.S. investment-grade bond market. The fund generally invests at least 90% of its net assets in component securities of its underlying index and in investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of the component securities of its underlying index.

My math included some conjecture variables that are not worth posting as it would be impossible for me to represent it as an alignment to facts, but it's something I do and once this resouce estimate becomes press, I may no longer use my variables and methodology.

On the brigher side, the price is moving very nicely today.  The last couple news releases have been after market as opposed to pre-market.  I suspect it will be tomorrow and guessing after market we will have knowledge of how big the reserve actually is :)
