The iShares Core U.S. Aggregate Bond ETF seeks to track the investment results of an index composed of the total U.S. investment-grade bond market. The index measures the performance of the total U.S. investment-grade bond market. The fund generally invests at least 90% of its net assets in component securities of its underlying index and in investments that have economic characteristics that are substantially identical to the economic characteristics of the component securities of its underlying index.

Initial press release - Stan Bharti says: Our goal is to build AGG into a mid-tier African gold producer within the next two years.”  Danny Callow mentions Our primary focus is on optimizing the resource, completing a definitive feasibility study and upgrading infrastructure. 

They've upgraded the DFS (which Troll said would never happen), they're on track to optimize the resource to over 1 million oz (which he says will never happen) by spring and if all goes to plan, financing by fall   Which means they'll turned into a mid tier producer within two years.

No ones "crying about the dilution" (maybe some are) but if any objective investor read the press releases on there projections they would know there would be some dilution.

ALL I was pointing to was that if you look at market cap, the share price was close to the 2016 and 2019 high but the SP doesn't reflect that when you look at a chart at face value
