Not sure why everyone is shocked.

In the CRUX interview Danny made no hesitation to say they planned to raise some capital before the year end. They had enough to get them into the new year but this raise will insure they are financed well through any negotiations. Also with year end and holidays financing can be difficult, better to get it over with now. IMO

In no way am I happy about a PP, but it wasn't out of the blue. Also I think obviously Pettigrew was gone due to being F&M affiliated.


I dont think this raise has anything to do with the company going under.
