Big picture

Big picture

Something also to keep in mind. 250-300 mil shares for an exploration company is pretty normal. They’re at the stage where literally all they need to do is get financed. All other boxes are checked.

Ore Zone was around 60/80mil market in spring of 2020. Got financed and is at a market Cap of 350mil with 250mil shares outstanding

Thor Exploration was around 40-60 mil until spring of 2020 (financed in April) now with a Market Cap of 190mil and 460mil shares outstanding

Even with this PP and fully diluted (meaning every Warrant and Option exercised) AGG would be at 285 mil shares. I doubt 1/2 to 3/4 of these warrants will ever see the light of day. Leaving them fully diluted at 225-250mil.

If in 3-6 months they get a cornerstone debt provider on board. Meaning 40-60mil they would be at a market cap of 80-90mil which is an SP of 40-50 cents.

I’d say next year will be very interesting.
