Questionable Late Trade Activity

In closing 15 minutes, 352,400 shares traded, driving down sp after trading for much of the day near .38. Total shares traded today: 424,738. If sp stays under .35, I'll be buying more tomorrow. Guessing this sort of activity will end once bought deal closes this month.
