Ackroo

AckrooSo some have mentioned that Lightspeed's recent acquisition was at 10x sales.  So I used that figure to come up with what Ackroo share price would look like in a year.

3 acquisitions, each sized at 5M in sales - acquired at 2x sales.
I've mentioned they won't have to raise any funds with where warrants are placed.
6M run rate as of FQ4 - not including GGGolf.  So 8M run rate.
Add growth of 10% organic. ~9M run rate by end of year.
9M (organic growth + current run rate) + 15M (acquisitions) = 24M run rate by FY2021
24M x 10 (sales mutliple) = 240M.  Share price target between 2.25 - 1.60.
Ackroo's Market Cap is ~25M right now (35M diluted).  It sits at 0.25 right now.

So someone earlier said 1.80 was a target.  I think they could be right.

That's with only 3 aquistions.  I think they'll do more as the share price continues to climb.
Steve mentioned that their long term goal is 60M in run rate in 3-5 years.  So that's a 600M company.  Ackroo is sitting at ~25M.  24 "X" bigger from here.
