It's pretty obvious...
that the problem Ackroo has right now is they are geographically overweight in a country that is locked down for the greater good. They need to get diversified. I'm not really sure why it's not happening more quickly at this point but I am sure they are trying to expand into the U.S.. It's not like the lockdowns just started and they did not see them coming at this point. And who is to say that they won't keep you locked down for the greater good.
Buying more U.S. based companies is good business even if you agree with the lockdowns so it was nice to see them get Interactive DMS done. They don't seem to be outgrowing their attrition at this point and it's only going to get worse the longer the lockdowns continue.
