Ackroo’s purchase price multiple
Historically speaking Ackroo would acquire companies at multiples of between 1.5 to 2 times sales. Today, Ackroo can be acquired for the same multiple. The drop in share price makes sense given the lack of organic growth in sales. The company needs to prove it can grow organically if it wants to trade at a higher multiple.
