If I was sitting on the sidelines as a major shareholder and key uncolltrollable factors were being resolved, I would be buying as many shares as i could. Why? Why is nobody buying and it continues to fall? This whole situation just has an unpleasant aroma to it. No insider buys, no major institutions picking up cheao shares.
Maybe management needs to act like management and start looking after shareholders by getting a major house to underwrite public offers and than supporting the stock. From past experience, this management has done a poor job of utilizing the corporate finance expertice of trading houses.
