You have clearly read a single headline article and have absolutely no idea what you’re talking about. The house rental doesn’t mean anything in the long term, and it was used to throw a massive promotional party with celebrities, pro athletes, and social media influencers. Companies spend waaaaayyy more on marketing/ad campaigns and achieve 1/4 of the notoriety. A housing lease that can be terminated at any time, is zero cause for concern.
