Very good detective work, few people will take the time to read all that.

The sad thing about Bilz (and in my case OMNI) is that these exchange halts, originally mean to stop companies from all being a "blockchain" or "pot" company through a press release to manipulate value have not worked out well for shareholders.

I get the intent, but instead of stocks running up (and then down) as stocks do, now we get frozen assets while insiders do various transactions which might not even be good for shareholders. You cannot get out either.

It has turned public investors into private placement like holders but with none of the special pricing or warrants or other "kickers"
