Does anybody else find this strange?  $0.4 million in net revenue; $9 million in marketing and other expenses.  This does not appear to include $5 million purchase option deposit on a $60+ million house.  Originally listed at $100 million, so discounted.

Will be interesting to see first set of combined financials.

Still do not understand strategy.  Promoted as "high end products" but delas with white label marketing is Costco-style execution.

Asked this question before; does anyone know how to value social-media presense.  Advertising on his instagram/twitter/facebook site is only way i know, but it is not occuring.

Any recommendations?
