The selling of anything on the internet is going thru the roof because nobody has been able to shop in bricks and mortar for the past 6 months.
So nothing you said explains why your deals did not close in a logical manner. Everybody is very suspicious and you need to resolve those suspicions. April went to July, July to "soon" and here we are 62 days later and "soon" is still "soon".? Explain that please.
Nobody cares about your other business only your business with these deals. 2 of the principals have told their shareholders that you raised 91 million but not a sous is forthcoming. That tells me something.
