It has five properties in New York City consisting of 731 Lexington Avenue, a 1,079,000 square foot multi-use building comprising the entire block bounded by Lexington Avenue, East 59th Street, Third Avenue and East 58th Street in Manhattan; Rego Park I, a 338,000 square foot shopping center, is located on Queens Boulevard and 63rd Road in Queens; Rego Park II, a 616,000 square foot shopping center, is located adjacent to the Rego Park I shopping center in Queens; Flushing, a 167,000 square foot building, located on Roosevelt Avenue and Main Street in Queens, and The Alexander apartment tower, located above its Rego Park II shopping center, contains 312 units aggregating 255,000 square feet.

RE:RE:75%+ share price by OctoberDid you look and see what oils are doing today?.And thats every single one of them.So I must agree with the negative sentiment thats destroying the value of all oilco's..especially the Canadian ones.For the record ..even some US oilcos arent doing that well...not considering THEY are supposedly the ones benefitting from these prices.
But , look at the volume its pathetic across the board ..tells me too that its not reality thats going on here.I actualy doubled down after the last update..I do regret it and may take the loss,but I'll wait untill the so- called driving season starts....
The problem is a correction..should that occur we will be wiped out.Its only a paper loss to be sure but who wants to wait months for a recovery?
Interesting times indeed.
