Just email or phone him instead of waiting for someone to do it for you and post what he says.
Last I heard from him, they were allowing testing of the application to be done with the virtual trading. Once that is complete , they will move to real usage.
Saying that, it might be sometime in the first quarter. But will not be this month. (Just me thinking out loud here).
