RE:RE:RE:Still no notice of the annual shareholder meeting~2.3 mil shares (+/- warrants), especially in a loss position, does create a bit of leverage. There are those that hold more however. 

Should the late Nov. AGM date become a reality, ALY Board/Mgmt. will be accutely aware that they have a lot of ground to cover. If the Samsung MOU crystalizes, this could be a significant step forward.
