New BoD member holdings

According to new SEDI reporting, it looks like the new board member, Scott Gardner, has personal holdings (direct ownership) in ALY of 1,081,818. This should be in addition to the Torrent Capital holdings (last reported) of 2,350,000.

If his cost average is anywhere near TORR's ($0.66), he will be personally motivated to get the share price back to where is was in 2021.
