Prakash Hariharan: longtime CEO and master fraud leader. Prakash was a fund manager at Front Street Capital. One of the worst fund managers in Toronto at the time. Prakash came into ALY in 2014.
While apparently working FULL TIME for shareholders at ALY Prakash was also working as a CFO For Radient Technologies. CFO! The CEO of ALY was also the CFO at Radient! For those readers, Radient was a cannabis company, and a dead company in 2023. Chaith started an AI company and left it in the hands of Prakash to join another AI company that he did not cofound? What was wrong with the AI company he cofounded? SCOTTIE climbed poles for a phone company prior to joining and the two fraudsters must have met at an investing for dummies event in nova scotia. Who is ALY’s auditor? Why are these findings never disclosed? How does an insider that was bobble head of Cooperate Development and IR never issued a stock option OR never registered with SEDI for trading. Is someone at the Audit firm related to Prakash? Auditors protecting their asses would not be surprised.
