RE:RE:RE:More News on the KGHM/Indian?Jacko Lake claims ..interesting thought ... I think the mortgages would remain in place, the city would not be able to tax the properties involved however. I think the tribe would settle for a lease payment corresponding to the present tax schedule (minus the home owner's grant) Can Ajax survive through all this  ???? I doubt investors will wait another 10 years for litigation to be settled if it gets to that.
