I had a similar conversation with management last year. Even took part of the financing at 35 cents. Much of the conversation was focsued on the past. I told them I wasn't interested in the past but their plans going forward. Everything they said they were going to do wasn't done. I thought they were very unprofessional to focus on the past. Hence I sold my position at a small lost. Thank God. Now the stock is at an all time low. Management needs to be replaced again.
