American Creek Resources Ltd. is a Canada-based junior mineral exploration company, which is engaged in the acquisition and exploration of mineral properties, principally for precious metal deposits. The Company’s projects include Treaty Creek and Austruck-Bonanza. The Treaty Creek Project covers approximately 114 square km in the Skeena Mining District of northern British Columbia and is situated approximately 70 km north of Stewart. The Austruck-Bonanza Property is located within the Kamloops Mining Division 53 kilometers north-west of the city of Kamloops in south central British Columbia. The Austruck-Bonanza Property is underlain by Devonian to Triassic Harper Ranch formation comprised of fine grade sedimentary rocks including mudstone and shale and includes basaltic volcanics. The Company holds 100% interest in the Austruck-Bonanza Property and 20% interest in the Treaty Creek project.

Gold Technicals........

Lest we forget, Gold is in an upward trend, and in spite of the MM's out there doing a fantastic job of capping these plays, and waiting for Gold to roll over so they can attempt to pummel these plays once more, Gold just keeps pushing higher.. When the street recognizes the strength in Gold we will see a lot more volume come into these plays.. The other day we saw AMK do just over a million shares.. I feel it's just a matter of time and you will see something like 8million shares churn and we are off to the races... TUD truly needs to get some legs.. I still can't not think this may have somehing to do with another sizeable PP in the works.. I may be wrong on that front, and somewhat hope I am... Sucks in my books that we are not able to do it a lot higher, but Big Money likes it cheap... So it is what it is until it isn't lol... In the meantime Gold keeps pushing and the likelihood of 2k Gold is getting closer all the time.... Perhaps that will get the street excited... The interesting thing I find is on the technicals none of the indicaters are even showing resistance at this level.. why because we have broken up resistance levels that were significant.. what that means to me is Gold could take some very very sizeable jumps.. to see a political event drive Gold a $100 in one day is most feasable at this juncture.
